Pseuderanthemun alatum is called the Chocolate Plant because of its chocolate coloured leaves. The small purple flowers bloom throughout the year. Although it is a native of Mexico, this plant has adapted itself to the climate in Bangalore.
I grow the one with the sky-blue flowers and coarse green foliage. It is beautiful, but short and sweet with its display. I have not seen the chocolate one. I like the colour combination of pink and brown.
Really interesting blog. I get that I want. I like flowers and gardening. So, the best way for me is be your new follower. Thanks for sharing. Endah- Indonesia
I am a natural gardener living in South India. The exuberant tropical garden that has grown around me is completely organic and critter- friendly.Different frogs, birds, butterflies and other winged creatures live in my garden or visit it, including some of the creeping kind. All are welcome except the four legged kind. I love to travel and to learn new things.
Felicidades, un blog muy interesante.
